How to Place and Manage Trade Orders
The Order Lines workspace is designed to make wholesale ordering fast and transparent.
Creating an order
- Click Place Order from the Order Lines page.
- Search by SKU, collection or keyword.
- Enter the essentials, size, width, finish and optional engraving, then add to your cart.
- Add your next item or complete the checkout to place your order.
Order statuses
| Statuses | What some of them mean |
|---|---|
| New Order | Saved and entered ready for manufacture |
| On Hold | We have a problem Housten! We need clarification on an issue |
| In Production | Ring blank made and awaiting the finishing processes |
| Awaiting Confirmation | We need you to respond to an issue we have |
| Complete... | Finished and ready for invoicing |
Issues with an order
You can raise an issue directly from the order line. This emails us and puts the status to 'Issue Raised' and pauses the order until resolved. This is the quickest way to draw our attention to it or, contact Richard directly — he can usually still help.
