Building a High-Converting Jewellery Display

Layout, lighting and storytelling principles to make your titanium range the first thing customers reach for.

Building a High-Converting Jewellery Display

A great display does three jobs: it stops people walking past, it answers their first question without a staff member, and it makes the next step obvious.

The three-zone rule

  1. Hero zone (eye level): one statement piece, beautifully lit. No price tag.
  2. Range zone (just below): 6–9 pieces across price points, with discreet tags.
  3. Take-away zone (counter): a small card explaining titanium and a QR code to your online range.

Lighting

Titanium reads cold under standard halogen. Use 3000K–3500K LEDs with a CRI of 90+. Anodised pieces — especially blues and purples — need accurate colour rendering or they look muddy.

Storytelling props

  • A raw titanium ingot or rod (we can supply one on request).
  • A short timeline card: aerospace → medical → jewellery.
  • A "made in" map if you stock our UK-finished collections.

Refresh cadence

Rotate hero pieces every 3–4 weeks. Regulars notice immediately, and the bump in "is this new?" conversations is consistently the highest-converting opener your staff will get.
